Liberty Buys Houses Lead Generation Agreement

Lead Marketing Pros, LLC DBA: Liberty Buys Houses

This Agreement is entered into between Lead Marketing Pros, LLC ("Company") and the Client ("Client") for lead generation and appointment setting services.

Services Provided

Lead Marketing Pros will provide one or more of the following services:

Outbound Lead Generation Package – $1,500 per Month

Acquisition and management of prospect lists
Outbound calling campaigns
Follow up communication
Appointment scheduling
CRM management through Go High Level (GHL)
Call tracking and reporting

Inbound Lead Generation Package – $1,000 per Month

Inbound lead generation campaigns
Lead qualification
Appointment scheduling
CRM management through Go High Level (GHL)
Lead tracking and reporting

Term

This Agreement is month to month and may be canceled by either party with a minimum of 30 days written notice.

Performance Expectations

Lead Marketing Pros will make commercially reasonable efforts to generate approximately 20 to 30 phone appointments per month. This number is a goal and not a guarantee. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, territory size, offer quality, response rates, seasonality, lead quality, and Client follow up.

No Guarantee of Results

Lead Marketing Pros does not guarantee:

A specific number of appointments
Signed contracts
Closed transactions
Revenue generated
Profitability

Lead generation and appointment setting involve variables outside the Company's control.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Maintain active communication with prospects
Respond to appointments and leads in a timely manner
Attend scheduled appointments
Maintain an active phone number and email address
Provide accurate business information
Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Failure to properly follow up with leads may negatively impact campaign performance.

Payment Terms

Monthly service fees are due in advance and automatically recur each month until canceled.

Outbound Calling Program: $1,500 per month
Inbound Lead Generation Program: $1,000 per month

Payments are non refundable once services have commenced for the billing period.

Ownership of Data

Lead Marketing Pros retains ownership of proprietary systems, workflows, scripts, processes, automations, and marketing assets.

Client retains ownership of leads, appointments, and customer information generated during the active term of this Agreement.

Compliance

Lead Marketing Pros utilizes industry standard practices and technology platforms. Client acknowledges that telemarketing regulations, Do Not Call requirements, carrier restrictions, and advertising platform policies may change at any time and may impact campaign performance.

Limitation of Liability

Lead Marketing Pros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client during the previous thirty (30) days of service.

Independent Contractor

Lead Marketing Pros is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, broker, or agent of the Client.
